Ideally suited to an experienced Leisure, hospitality or Marina ManagerThis role requires a strong and experienced leader who can take full ownership of marina performance, lead and develop the strategic vision, manage a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional experience for berth holders, visitors and tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the marina, ensuring the highest standards of safety, presentation and serviceRecruit, manage and develop the marina team, providing clear leadership and ongoing developmentTake ownership of the marina's financial performance, managing budgets, costs and revenue streamsIdentify and develop new commercial opportunities to maximise site profitabilityDeliver an outstanding customer experience, building strong relationships with berth holders and site tenantsEnsure full compliance with health & safety, environmental and company policiesWork closely with central support teams and senior leadership to deliver business objectivesManage marina administration to ensure accurate billing, contracts and revenue captureAbout YouWe are looking for a proven leader with strong operational and commercial experience, ideally gained within a marina, harbour, leisure, hospitality or similar operational environment.Key requirements include:Significant leadership and management experience in a multi-faceted operational environmentStrong commercial awareness and financial management experienceA passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong administrative and IT skillsA proactive, hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high operational standardsSalary & BenefitsSalary up to £65,000+ Performance bonusContributory pension schemeHealth cashback plan (including dental and optical)Bike to Work scheme23 days annual leaveTraining and uniform providedThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to take ownership of a high-profile marina operation and play a key role in its continued success.
