About the CompanyAspire Manpower Services is hiring Marine Connectorization Technicians for one of our reputed clients in the Marine & Shipbuilding Industry – UAE.About the RolePosition: Marine Connectorization TechnicianResponsibilitiesPerform connectorization and cable termination activities on marine vessels and shipbuilding projects.Carry out installation, termination, and connection of marine electrical and instrumentation cables.Ensure proper routing, dressing, and securing of cables as per project specifications.Read and interpret cable schedules, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.Conduct testing and troubleshooting of cable connections and terminations.Follow shipyard safety procedures and quality standards.Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning teams as required.Maintain proper tools, equipment, and work areas.QualificationsTechnical qualification or relevant vocational certification preferred.Relevant experience in marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, or a related industry.Required SkillsHands-on experience in marine connectorization and cable termination.Knowledge of marine electrical cabling and connection systems.Ability to read electrical drawings and cable schedules.Good understanding of shipbuilding and shipyard work practices.Strong focus on safety and quality.Preferred SkillsPrior experience working in a shipyard or marine vessel environment.Experience with marine electrical, instrumentation, or cable installation works.Candidates with strong shipbuilding experience will be preferred.Pay Range & Compensation PackageBenefits include:🛂 Employment Visa🏥 Medical Insurance✈️ Air Ticket Allowance⏱️ Overtime🍱 Food🏠 Accommodation🚌 TransportationEqual Opportunity StatementInterested and eligible candidates are invited to Apply Now with their updated CV.
