Marine Construction DirectorJob Summary: Lead and manage large-scale Shore and off shore construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage Shore and off shore construction activities, teams, equipment, subcontractors, and resources.Oversee ports, harbors, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, dredging, and reclamation works.Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, quality, and HSE requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.Resolve technical and construction issues and support tendering and business development.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Civil, or related Engineering.20+ years of marine construction experience, preferably with major construction/contracting companies.Strong leadership, project management, technical, and commercial skills.
