Montec plays a crucial role in supporting maritime operations globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Marine Coordinator based in Dubai. The Marine Coordinator will oversee daily vessel operationsResponsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, providing operational support, and coordinating with different stakeholders for efficient and cost-effective operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving and communication to maintain the smooth running of maritime activities.QualificationsExperience in Marine Operations and Vessel Operations to support day-to-day vessel activities effectivelyUnderstanding of the Marine Industry standards, regulations, and best practicesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partnersPrevious experience in ship management or similar roles is an advantageProficiency in using relevant software and tools related to marine operationsFlexibility for a hybrid working environment and willingness to be based in Dubai and travel as required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Maritime Studies.
