Marine Coordinator

This is a full-time role for a Marine Coordinator based in Dubai. The Marine Coordinator will oversee daily vessel operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, providing operational support, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and cost-effective operations. The role requires a professional, proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills to maintain the smooth running of maritime activities.Qualifications

• Previous sea-going experience is mandatory
• Experience in Marine and Vessel Operations to support vessel activities effectively
• Hands-on involvement in maintaining OCIMF SIRE 2.0 inspection regime and related platforms
• Strong knowledge of maritime industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Professionally, collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools related to marine operations
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic working environment and the demands of a maritime- time-sensitive matters, willing to be based in Dubai and can travel as required.
• A fast learner with strong adaptability, able to follow general instructions and apply sound judgment when carrying out procedures.
• Licensed in the related field of Maritime.
