🚨 WE ARE HIRING | MARINE ENGINEERWe are looking for an experienced Marine Engineer to support the Marine Manager in the coordination of marine activities and Class compliance for offshore assets.The position will act as a key focal point between the Company, classification societies, contractors and offshore teams, ensuring that marine assets remain compliant with classification and regulatory requirements while supporting safe and efficient offshore operations.📍 Location: Congo / Offshore🛠️ Sector: Offshore Oil & Gas🌊 Work Environment: Onshore & Offshore🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate technical and operational activities related to offshore marine assets
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, repairs and Class compliance activities
• Manage and follow up Class actions, surveys, inspections and certification requirements
• Maintain Class action registers and ensure timely closure of recommendations and observations
• Interface with Classification Society surveyors and engineering teams
• Support offshore inspections, repairs, modifications, shutdowns and asset integrity activities
• Coordinate contractors and monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets and risks
• Support technical scopes, tenders, bid evaluations and contractor selection
• Coordinate with HSE, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with Company standards, regulatory requirements, Class rules and HSE procedures
• Conduct regular offshore visits to supervise activities and coordinate with operational teams🔹 CANDIDATE PROFILE🎓 EducationBSc/MSc or Engineering degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineExperienced marine professionals with significant offshore experience may also be considered💼 ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in offshore Oil & Gas, marine operations or marine asset integrityExperience in offshore inspections, repairs and marine projectsKnowledge of offshore facilities and marine operations is an advantage🧩 KEY SKILLSStrong understanding of Classification Society requirements and asset integrityExcellent organizational, coordination and reporting skillsStrong stakeholder and contractor management capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsStrong technical documentation and dossier management skillsFluent in English and French⭐ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESProactive
