Marine Manager

LAUCALA Island Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Manager to lead and oversee all marine operations on our private island in Fiji.This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational, logistics, regulatory compliance, and team leadership experience within a luxury resort or maritime environment.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience managing resort-based marine operations.Tertiary and/or trade technical qualification in Marine Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.Experience preparing barges and crew for Maritime Safety Authority inspections and certification requirements.Strong knowledge of logistics, customs, and quarantine procedures.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and application to careers@laucala.comApplications close: 26 August 2026.
