The organization is focused on responsive service and integrated marine expertise for complex offshore projects.Role Description The Marine Operations & Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees daily marine operations, including vessel deployment, scheduling, and coordination with offshore project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The manager supervises technical support activities such as maintenance planning, repair work, and readiness of vessels, equipment, and safety systems. Responsibilities include managing operational procedures, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to maritime regulations and company standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, optimizing resources, leading operational teams, and providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality marine and technical services.QualificationsCandidate should be young and energeticCandidates should possess strong Technical knowledge, Operations and Maritime skills, with experience managing vessel activities and offshore projects.Candidates should possess relevant Navy and Boat experience, including practical knowledge of vessel handling, safety, and operational readiness.Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop marine and technical personnel.Extensive experience in marine operations management within offshore oil and gas or maritime industries is highly beneficial.Strong understanding of marine safety regulations, classification society requirements, and industry standards.Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.Relevant academic background in marine engineering, maritime studies, or a related technical discipline is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
