#Marine Jobs #Marine Operations #Marine Operations Manager #Shipping #Vessel Operations #Vessel Chartering #Crew Management #Shipping Industry🚢 Marine Operations Manager📍Job Location: Doha Qatar Experience: 10+ YearsBenefits:Free Employment VisaFree AccommodationMedical Insurance / Medical BenefitsCompetitive salary packageWe are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to oversee and manage vessel operations, commercial activities, and related marine operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day vessel operations and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities.Manage commercial vessel operations and coordinate with vessel owners and charterers.Handle vessel chartering activities and related commercial negotiations.Coordinate crew management, deployment, and related operational requirements.Liaise with Vessel Owners, Charterers, Masters, Crew, Agents, Class, Flag authorities, and other stakeholders.Ensure vessels comply with applicable Flag State, Class, regulatory, and operational requirements.Monitor vessel performance and resolve operational and commercial issues efficiently.Lead and coordinate marine operations teams and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.Key RequirementsMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Marine/Shipping industry.Proven experience in Vessel Operations and Commercial Operations.Strong experience in Vessel Chartering and related commercial activities.Extensive experience in Crew Management and Coordination.Good technical knowledge of vessels, marine equipment, vessel operations, and Flag/Class requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Candidates currently based in the UAE/GCC will be preferred.Best RegardsRam gavitContact:- 7776827345Email: hirings2020@gmail.com
