Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Technical Fleet ManagementManage the overall technical performance of assigned marine vessels/craft.Ensure vessels operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.Monitor the technical condition of the fleet and recommend improvements to the Head of Technical Fleet Management.Ensure vessels comply with class requirements, corporate standards, and national/international maritime regulations.2. Maintenance & RepairsEnsure assigned vessels are maintained to the required technical and operational standards.Plan, monitor, and ensure execution of planned preventive maintenance.Identify technical defects, breakdowns, and maintenance issues and arrange corrective action.3. Planned Maintenance System (PMS)Monitor and manage the vessel's Planned Maintenance System.Ensure scheduled maintenance jobs are completed on time.
