Aligned with Egypt's Sustainable Development Strategy Vision 2030, we aim to enhance the Egyptian merchant fleet and support the growth of Egypt’s foreign trade.Valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency & seaman book.Preferred to graduate from AASTMT.Must have actual seagoing experience as Master or CO minimum tree contracts.Strong experience on Bulk Carriers and/or Container Vessels.For Bulk Carriers, experience on Kamsarmax size or above is preferred.Previous Marine Superintendent experience is an advantage.Strong knowledge of navigation, cargo operations, stability, mooring, anchoring, PSC, Flag, Class and international maritime regulations.Minimum age requirement did not exceed 50 years old.Availability to work at the Company’s Head Office in Cairo is required

Main Responsibilities

Monitor vessel's day to day marine and operational performance.Provide operational support and guidance to Masters.Monitor navigation, cargo operations, stability and voyage performance.Conduct periodic vessel visits and inspections.Ensure vessels' readiness for PSC, Flag, Class and third party inspections.Follow up marine deficiencies, incidents and operational matters until closure.
