Senior Marine SurveyorDubai, UAEOur client, a well-established international company operating in the maritime consultancy and marine surveying sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Marine Surveyor to join its Dubai office.The company provides technical marine consultancy, surveying, claims-related support and advisory services to a broad international client base across the shipping and marine insurance industries.We are looking for a senior marine professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to marine surveying and incident investigation.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on repair work and verifying that such work has been carried out effectivelyCarrying out marine incident investigation workProducing detailed, clear and concise inspection reportsRequired Skills / Qualifications / ExperienceExperience as a Marine Superintendent and/or with a Classification Society, Marine Surveying Firm, or ShipyardUniversity degree in Naval Architecture / Marine EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant working experienceFluent English and strong MS Office skills; Arabic would be a plusAble to travel within Dubai and abroadPersonal Skills and AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving mentalityAbility to work under pressureOrganized and detail-orientedAble to multitask and prioritize effectively using good time management skillsComfortable working with minimal supervision and as part of a teamStrong shipping mentality and understanding of the 24/7 nature of the shipping industryOffshore experience would be considered an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work with a leading name in marine consultancyPlease send your CV to esra@nexahr.tr with the subject line:Senior Marine Surveyor – DubaiAll applications will be treated in strict confidence.
