Apply & track with Apply EdgeLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 18,000–21,000 per monthExperience: 5+ yearsIndustry: Marine / MaritimeJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop strategic accounts within the marine industry across the UAE and GCC.The role will focus on marine equipment, technical solutions, aftermarket services and spare parts, requiring a strong combination of technical understanding, commercial capability and customer relationship management.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop key accounts within the marine industry.Identify and develop new business opportunities with shipowners, ship management companies, shipyards, marine contractors and vessel operators.Manage the complete sales cycle from RFQ and technical requirements through quotation, negotiation, order execution and after-sales.Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals and tenders.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, suppliers, OEMs and service teams to deliver customer requirements.Develop business for marine equipment, spare parts, technical services and aftermarket solutions.Conduct customer, vessel and shipyard visits to identify requirements and opportunities.Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical superintendents, procurement teams, fleet managers and other key stakeholders.Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, account activity and revenue targets.Support contract negotiations, customer retention and business development initiatives.Provide technical-commercial support and ensure effective follow-up on enquiries and opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience in marine technical sales, business development, key account management, marine equipment, marine services or related fields.Strong experience in B2B marine sales and customer relationship management.Experience dealing with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, vessel operators or marine contractors.Experience handling RFQs, quotations, tenders, technical proposals and commercial negotiations.Good understanding of marine equipment, machinery, instrumentation, automation, propulsion, spare parts or technical services.Experience in after-sales, service, maintenance or aftermarket business is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.UAE/GCC marine market experience and established industry contacts will be an advantage.UAE driving licence preferred.
