We help people begin and develop successful careers in the maritime and superyacht industries through professional, practical and engaging training. Our courses combine internationally recognised qualifications with real-world industry knowledge, giving our students the skills, confidence and support they need to take their next step. We are a friendly, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering high-quality training and creating a positive experience for every student. This is a varied, hands-on role combining practical instruction, student mentoring and equipment maintenance. You will deliver training both on and off the water, helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to begin careers in the maritime and superyacht industries.You will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider instructor team to deliver safe, engaging and professional training.The roleYour responsibilities will include:Delivering RYA courses and Flying Fish bespoke training, including:RYA Powerboat Level 2Personal Watercraft trainingYacht maintenanceRopeworkDelivering MCA-approved courses, subject to your qualificationsDelivering presentations about the maritime and superyacht industriesMentoring and supporting students throughout their trainingAssisting with the maintenance of our RIBs, yachts and training equipmentHelping maintain high standards of safety, instruction and customer serviceWorking patternThis is a full-time position working an average of five days per week across a rolling two-week rota. This is a full-time role based on a rolling two-week rota. Weekend work is required, but we aim to provide every other weekend off.
