About the RoleOur client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, is seeking a Market Access Specialist to join their team in Dubai.In this role, you will report to the Market Access & Pricing Lead – MEA and support the development and execution of market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across key Middle East and Africa markets.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payer systems, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of market access strategies across regional marketsContribute to pricing and reimbursement strategies, including submissions and negotiationsSupport tender strategy development and executionParticipate in launch planning for new products and indicationsPrepare pricing dossiers, reimbursement submissions, and value communication materialsSupport HTA submissions and adapt global value dossiers to local marketsDevelop payer-facing materials and assist in stakeholder engagementAnalyze market, payer, and competitor insights to inform strategyMonitor pricing regulations, reimbursement trends, and policy changesContribute to patient access and affordability initiativesEnsure compliance with local regulations and internal policiesCollaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teamsAbout YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in market access, pricing, or healthcare consultingStrong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, and tender processesKnowledge of HTA and payer decision-making frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environmentProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointExperience in MENA or emerging markets is an advantageFluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
