This is a unique opportunity to operate at the forefront of innovative therapy – partnering with leading transplant centres, haematologists, health authorities and key opinion leaders across the region in pediatric neurology to enable timely patient access while operating within a compliant, ethical framework.The position will be based in the United Arab Emirates, with travel of approximately 50% across GCC markets.REPORTING LINEReporting to the Market Access Manager GCC, with a functional line to the Managing Director MENA & Turkey.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStakeholder Engagement & Scientific PartnershipBuild and nurture peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, transplant physicians, Pediatric Neurology snd haematology-oncology specialists across the GCC.Serve as a trusted scientific resource on disease state, clinical data, and the evolving treatment landscape.Contribute to advisory boards, congress engagement, and medical education initiatives.Early Access & Patient SupplyEstablish and manage early access and named-patient programmes – securing product enlisting during the early access phase and navigating import permits and individual patient supply mechanisms across GCC markets.Engage health authorities, hospital pharmacies, and procurement stakeholders to enable timely patient access ahead of registration.Understand and map the patient journey – from diagnosis and referral through transplant eligibility, treatment, and follow-up – to identify systemic access barriers and inform engagement with treatment centres and healthcare professionals.Strategy & Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner cross-functionally with the Managing Director MENA & Turkey, the Market Access Manager, and medical teams translating field and access insights into strategy that supports business objectives, while operating within a compliant, ethical framework.Gather actionable market access and field insights to shape regional pre-launch and launch strategy.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAdvanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or MSc in life sciences).Minimum 3 years’ experience in market access, MSL, or Medical Affairs within haematology and/or oncology in the GCC. Pediatric neurology is a plusHands-on understanding of early access / named-patient programmes (EAP/NPP) and product enlisting pathways across GCC markets.Strong working knowledge of the haem-onc therapeutic area; familiarity with stem cell transplantation, cell therapy, or advanced therapies is a highly distinct advantage.Solid grasp of the patient journey and access pathways in rare/specialty disease.Familiarity with GCC regulatory and procurement landscapes (e.g., health authorities, hospital tender/PO processes).Established network among regional haematology-oncology and transplant KOLs.Commercial awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and local distributors while maintaining scientific integrity.Excellent scientific communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).SOFT SKILLSStrategic mindset and strong business acumen.Strong stakeholder management, building trust across KOLs, health authorities, procurement, and distributors.Negotiation and influencing skills, often without direct authority.Project and programme management, driving early access initiatives end to end.Analytical skills and sound data interpretation.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous, pre-registration environments.Compliance-first mindset, with the ability to operate within evolving regulatory frameworks.
