The team fosters a collaborative environment where professionals can drive impactful change and shape strategies that enhance market performance.The Role Play a key role in their commercial data migration from Circana to NielsenDevelop and implement commercial strategies Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Go-to-market (GTM) strategies, to maximize revenue and profitability.Analyze market trends, pricing structures, and promotional effectiveness to drive decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and distribution strategies.Provide data-driven insights to enhance commercial channel performance.Support leadership in long-term planning and execution of strategic initiatives.Experience & SkillsStrong experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, and sales performance optimization, sales analytics.Experience with Nielsen data.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.Experience working with large datasets and predictive modeling to support business decisions.Understanding of digital commerce, omnichannel strategies, and supply chain dynamics.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to drive commercial success.Benefits A full-time (40-hour) role in an international and dynamic environment.Competitive salary with a bonus scheme.30 holidays annually to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Hybrid work model: at least three days in the office, with flexibility to work fromhome.Pension scheme.Office lunch every other week to foster team collaboration and engagement.Interested?
