This's an exceptional opportunity to represent the market-leading MRD test in Saudi Arabia, shap the market and build your own team in the future.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Precision Oncology Account Manager to lead the commercial growth of MRD testing in Saudi Arabia, you will be selling the market-leading personalized circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) assay for molecular residual disease (MRD) detection and cancer recurrence monitoring.Based in Riyadh, the successful candidate will be Responsible for developing the Saudi Arabian market for MRD testing. Initial commercial focus will be determined based on market opportunity and business priorities starting with Riyadh and Eastern Area., establishing MRD testing solution among leading oncology centers, specialist hospitals, and private healthcare providers.This role combines strategic account management, scientific selling, market development, and market access, requiring close collaboration with clinicians, hospital management, procurement teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.———Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Responsibilities·       Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy to achieve sales and growth objectives for MRD across Riyadh and the Eastern Region.·       Identify, prioritize, and develop new business opportunities within oncology centers, specialist hospitals, academic institutions, and private hospitals.·       Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), oncologists, pathologists, molecular laboratories, and hospital decision-makers.·       Lead the entire sales process from opportunity identification through contract execution and implementation.·       Deliver compelling scientific and commercial presentations to clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement committees, and other stakeholders.·       Develop account plans for strategic institutions and regularly review progress against objectives.———Market Development·       Drive adoption of molecular residual disease (MRD) testing within targeted institutions.·       Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical value of MRD and personalized genomic testing.·       Drive guideline adoption.·       Build institutional champions.·       Work closely with Business Unit Head to organize educational meetings, advisory boards, and scientific events.·       Support investigator-initiated studies and evidence generation where appropriate.·       Establish regional MRD testing programs.·       Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within precision oncology.———Market Access & Procurement·       Develop relationships with hospital procurement departments and healthcare administrators.·       Support the preparation of documentation required for hospital evaluations and purchasing decisions.·       Collaborate with internal Business Unit Head, Oncology Director, General Manager to facilitate reimbursement initiatives.·       Assist in preparing and supporting the inclusion of MRD within NUPCO procurement and tender processes.·       Work closely with stakeholders to ensure readiness for national procurement opportunities.·       Support pricing discussions, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations where required.———Key Account Management·       Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize utilization and long-term growth.·       Coordinate implementation activities for new customer accounts.·       Ensure excellent customer experience throughout onboarding and ongoing service delivery.·       Resolve customer issues by coordinating with laboratory operations, logistics, and customer service.·       Forecast sales opportunities and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.————Cross-functional Collaboration·       Partner closely with General Manager, Business Unit Head, Finance, and Distributor teams.·       Support regional marketing initiatives and product launch activities.·       Share market intelligence and customer feedback to influence commercial strategy.·       Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.————Distributor Management·       Support and coordinate distributor commercial activities.·       Train distributor sales teams.·       Joint customer visits.·       Quarterly business reviews.·       Opportunity pipeline management.————Laboratory WorkflowThe candidate better require extensive travel.·       Willingness to travel extensively throughout Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally.What You’ll BringTo thrive in this role, you should have:·       Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.·       Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.·       Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within oncology diagnostics, or oncology pharmaceuticals is a must.·       Experience launching innovative oncology products.·       Experience introducing new technologies.·       Experience changing clinical practice.·       Experience with molecular diagnostics.·       Experience working with multidisciplinary tumor boards.·       Strong preference for experience selling genomic testing solutions, particularly in oncology.·       Demonstrated success selling into:·       Specialist oncology hospitals·       Tertiary referral centers·       Private hospital groups·       Academic medical centers·       Proven experience engaging with oncologists, pathologists, molecular laboratories, and hospital management.·       Previous experience supporting NUPCO listing, tender processes, or centralized procurement is highly desirable.·       Existing network within Saudi Arabia’s oncology community is a must.·       Understand precision oncology, molecular diagnostics, or next-generation sequencing (NGS) is an advantage ·       Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.·       Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.·       Experience managing multiple complex stakeholders simultaneously.·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.·       Regional experience across Middle East is an advantage.·       Fluency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.·       Having a driving license is a must.——————Success MeasuresWithin the first 12–18 months, the successful candidate will:·       Secure adoption of Signatera in targeted Riyadh and Eastern Region accounts.·       Develop strong relationships with leading oncology KOLs.·       Expand testing volumes across existing customers.·       Successfully support inclusion of MRD within hospital procurement pathways.·       Contribute to successful NUPCO listing and tender readiness.·       Deliver sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Interviewing process ·       One to one with Business Unit Head·       Interview with a group of stakeholders which includes a case study.·       Final interview with Managing DirectorSalary range between 23.000 - 25.000 SR depending on experience and interview performance.
