Market Quality Manager

As Market Quality Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring product performance in the field, identifying quality risks and trends, and turning market feedback into actionable improvements. Acting as a key link between European markets and our global Quality team, you will help ensure customer feedback, field quality data, and market insights drive continuous product and process improvement.What you will do:Monitor and analyse market quality performance, including DOA and field quality data. Identify quality risks, trends, and recurring issues, providing actionable insights for improvement. Lead localized quality investigations and support root cause analysis for field issues. Maintain market quality dashboards and reporting to support quality decision-making.Coordinate with Product, Quality, Customer Service, and After-Sales teams to ensure effective issue resolution and continuous improvement.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement actions in the market.Support the development of market quality processes, tools, and feedback mechanisms.What we're looking for:10+ years of experience in Quality Management, Market Quality, After-Sales Quality or a related field.Experience analysing field quality data, identifying trends and driving corrective actions.Experience in the e-bike, bicycle, consumer electronics, mobility or sports equipment industry is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to quality management. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills. Familiarity with quality methodologies such as PDCA, 8D or similar approaches.Fluent English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
