We are looking for a research professional who can coordinate field activities while ensuring high-quality, reliable market information.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Market Research Agent / Field Coordinator to support market research projects, coordinate data-collection activities, recruit research participants, and ensure fieldwork is completed accurately and on schedule.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, communicative, and comfortable working with respondents, field teams, research partners, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport market research projects from planning and preparation through fieldwork and reporting.Coordinate surveys, interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, product tests, mystery shopping, and other research activities.Recruit and coordinate suitable respondents, participants, interviewers, and field representatives.Communicate research objectives, procedures, schedules, eligibility criteria, and quality requirements clearly.Conduct telephone, online, or in-person research activities where required.Monitor fieldwork progress, response rates, quotas, schedules, and project milestones.Ensure collected information follows approved questionnaires, sampling requirements, and research protocols.Review completed surveys, interview records, and field submissions for completeness and consistency.Identify duplicate, incomplete, inconsistent, or potentially unreliable responses and escalate quality concerns.Maintain accurate participant databases, contact records, consent documentation, survey results, and fieldwork logs.Coordinate with research agencies, vendors, interviewers, survey platforms, and external field teams.Support data entry, coding, cleaning, validation, and preparation of research datasets.Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, industries, pricing, products, trends, and market developments.Gather qualitative feedback and identify recurring customer opinions, behaviors, needs, and pain points.Prepare fieldwork updates, progress reports, issue logs, respondent summaries, and research documentation.Escalate project risks, recruitment challenges, data-quality concerns, or schedule delays promptly.Protect participant information and follow applicable privacy, consent, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements.Maintain professional communication with respondents and ensure research activities are conducted ethically.Provide practical feedback to improve research processes, participant engagement, data quality, and fieldwork efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in market research, field research, survey operations, customer insights, data collection, or a similar role is preferred.Strong understanding of research methodologies, surveys, interviews, respondent recruitment, and fieldwork coordination.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong interviewing, active-listening, interpersonal, and respondent-management skills.Excellent organizational and project-coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with research databases, survey platforms, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital research tools.Basic understanding of data quality, sampling, quotas, validation, and research reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and emerging patterns.Ability to manage multiple research projects, deadlines, respondents, and stakeholders.Professional, ethical, patient, and culturally sensitive approach when interacting with research participants.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining reliable project coordination.Knowledge of UAE, GCC, or international consumer markets is advantageous.Market research, analytics, survey methodology, or project-management certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours with a fully remote work arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunity to work on diverse market research, customer-insight, and business intelligence projects.Exposure to surveys, consumer research, competitor analysis, fieldwork management, data quality, and research technology.Professional development opportunities and continuous training in research methodologies, analytics, and project coordination.A curious, collaborative environment where accuracy, integrity, organization, analytical thinking, and reliable insights are highly valued.
