Their methodology combines randomised controlled trials with real-world ad environments to give clients a clear, evidence-based view of creative performance before campaigns go live. They test over 1,000 ads quarterly across 30+ markets, working with global names across media, fashion, sport, and FMCG. This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit, high-calibre team at the intersection of research, data science, and creative strategy.The RoleYou'll support the end-to-end delivery of quantitative and qualitative research, helping clients refine their creative to perform in the real world.You'll be responsible for:Managing end-to-end delivery of standardised research studies with strong autonomyDesigning and commissioning surveys aligned to client objectives and past performanceApplying statistical techniques including A/B testing, regression analysis, and cluster analysisConducting consumer sentiment analysis via social insight tools and open-ended survey responsesAnalysing and interpreting results into clear, actionable insights and reportingSupporting data quality management to ensure robust, representative samplesAssisting with ad hoc analysis and internal stakeholder requestsAbout You3+ years' experience in an analytically driven marketing role, client- or agency-sideA degree in an applied quantitative field, social science, psychology, marketing, or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to draw clear conclusions and actionable recommendationsHighly advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus experience with SQL and/or R or PythonHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for data analysis or research workflowsExperience designing surveys to best-practice standardsStrong project management, communication, and presentation skillsFluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential — candidates without this will not be progressedYou'll stand out if you have experience running global research projects across North or South America, familiarity with social analytics tools, or experience with data management platforms.PackageCompetitive salary benchmarked against industry standardCompany bonus schemeHybrid working — minimum 3 days in the New York or Washington DC office401(k) with employer matching up to 6%Health insuranceLife, long-term, and short-term disability insurance15 paid vacation/personal days + 11 bank holidays5 paid sick daysThis is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded research or marketing professional to grow their career within a fast-moving, technology-led business working with world-class brands.
