Sr. Principal Analyst, Market AnalyticsSalary Range: $147,532 - $193,635(Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)Responsible for advanced quantitative analysis of neurovascular and other adjacent marketsincluding on-going business reporting dashboards, investor relations reports, quarterlyearnings reports, long-range planning, market share targeting tools, product launch andinventory tracking tools, sales enablement tools (new opportunities), researching andscreening business development opportunities, developing working revenue models, andcreating/maintaining global market models. Collaborate with the Marketing ProductManagement, R&D, Finance, Legal, Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Operations teams todevelop new analytics and reports, data visualizations, financial models, and developproposal materials.What You'll be DoingCreate dashboards to highlight global sales results for Company products based on input from Product Management team, Finance, and Executive Management; update and distribute dashboards regularly.Analyze market reports, competitive earnings results, and competitive trends; communicate results to key stakeholders.Analyze marketing and financial data; create market share, dollar, and unit reports; communicate results to key stakeholders.Serve as corporate liaison with external data consolidation services and research firms to obtain and share accurate market information.Develop and maintain neurovascular and adjacent market models; build presentation materials to highlight market scenarios per direction from Marketing leadership.Develop financial models to assess and compare new business development opportunities and current projects incorporating cross-functional team feedback, neurovascular and adjacent market models, market research reports, and primary research.Develop proposal materials for justifying business investments.Lead long-range planning in collaboration with Marketing, global regional leaders, and Finance.Possess a strong working knowledge of the neurovascular market, trends, drivers, competitors, products, and disease treated.Track and report on the performance of Marketing, Sales, and Operational initiatives.Recommend and implement process/workflow improvements to fulfill and meet business needs particularly for new sales opportunities.Manage current third-party data vendors and identify additional technologies for competencies required to develop advanced data management and sharing across the enterprise.Identify and implement AI based solutions for data recall and analysis on key market metrics.Identify and implement AI based solutions for processing complex raw procedure and sales related data from third party sources.Develop presentations for executive audience at a regular cadence for market updates, financial performance updates, long range plans including five- and ten-year financial plans.Act as the primary contact for investor relations to provide regular financial and portfolio updates as needed.Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members as appropriate.Accept additional projects and product lines as assigned.Provide analytics and make recommendations related to consignment/trunk stock inventories.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or Mathematics with twelve (12) years of relevant experience in medical device industry or a similarly regulated environment.A proven and successful track record with market analysis and financial modeling.Advanced level proficiency with data analysis and visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SPSS, etc.)Prior experience working with global market models, market reports, and data vendors.Ability to synthesize complex data sets from multiple sources and product actionable insights.Ability to deliver presentations to investor relations and global executive stakeholders.Capacity to analyze problems and develop solutions.Knowledge and/or experience with global market dynamics.Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Extremely reliable and dependable.High attention to detail and ability to spot data inaccuracies or discrepancies.Ability to audit data and assess impact from different sources on existing data sets.Excellent computer skills to include working knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, and maintaining customer databases.Ability to work effectively in a team environment, articulate market needs, and provide leadership to multi-functional teams.What Will Differentiate You from the CrowdAdvanced degree in Engineering, Marketing or MathematicsMaster’s degree in business administration (MBA)Neurovascular experienceSupervisory or management experienceEEOWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
