The team partners closely with clients across North America and other global markets, transforming complex research findings into actionable business recommendations that drive growth.As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role throughout the entire research lifecycle, supporting both syndicated and custom research studies. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine quantitative analysis, insight generation, storytelling, and client exposure while working across multiple industries, including CPG, retail, restaurant, technology, and durable goods. You will have the opportunity to develop strong consultative skills, influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with experienced research professionals in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end quantitative research projects, ensuring high-quality execution from study setup through final deliveryAnalyze survey-based data and transform findings into clear, actionable insights that address client business objectivesDevelop reports, presentations, dashboards, and other client-facing deliverables with strong attention to detail and data accuracyCreate compelling storylines that connect research findings, market context, and business recommendationsParticipate in questionnaire reviews, survey testing, and quality control activities to ensure research excellenceCollaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to design analyses, interpret results, and shape client recommendationsContribute to syndicated and custom research studies across consumer goods, retail, shopper, and consumer insights topicsEngage with internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates and supporting client discussions when neededEnsure the quality and consistency of data, reports, and presentations through rigorous validation and review processesContinuously build expertise in research methodologies, analytical tools, and industry trends while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related fieldExperience in quantitative market research, consumer insights, customer insights, or related analytical rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insightsDesirable experience working with survey-based research and quantitative datasetsProven ability to develop reports, presentations, and executive-ready deliverablesStrong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendationsExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with confidence interacting with North American clients and global stakeholdersAdditional InformationJob ID: R26_0013297|COOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
