Savills reports will help professional, investors and managers get an overview of the market situation, thereby making more informed decisions in buying, selling, investing or developing property in real estate field. Depending on the intended use, the real estate market report can focus on specific sectors such as residential, office, commercial, or focus on different geographical areas.----JOB SCOPE: To ensure all research duties assigned are professionally carried out, including data collection and data base management, supporting implementation of market studies, providing inputs for market survey reports and quarterly market report updates (non exhaustive). SPECIFIC DUTIES:Collect data and provide input for quarterly updates in real estate sectorsAssist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy serviceProcess data and provide inputs for market research reportsAssist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the database on real estate market in Vietnam, in the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic factorsAssist in maintaining good relationship with clientsKeeping abreast with developments in real estate and related fieldsAssist in producing market presentations and preparing office newsletters and press releases.Assist in maintaining good information flow with other departmentsFeed relevant information to all departments in a timely manner.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields.At least 6 months of working experience in the real estate industry.Strong experience in data collection, database management, research, and analytical skills.Proficient in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).Advanced proficiency in Excel.
