Our engagements span strategic advisory, integrated solutioning, and managed services, delivered across sectors with every senior partner staying close to the work, from boardroom strategy to hands-on execution.Role Summary:The Market Research Executive (MRE) is responsible for researching Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for accounts within the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and maintaining the overall functioning of the CRM.Key Responsibilities:CRM & Lead ManagementIdentify accounts within the TAM.Find 3–5 ICPs within each identified account.Validate email addresses and phone numbers using various verification tools.Ensure data is accurately updated on the CRM and assigned to the appropriate SDR.Log all changes and updates within the CRM.Reporting & OperationsProvide feedback on lead quality to support continuous improvement.Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across all records.Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with AE & Sales Heads to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.Work closely with the sales team to align research output with pipeline needs. Required Skills & Experience:0–1 year of work experience, preferably in a B2B environment.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office.Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.Flexibility to work in different time zones.Prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha.CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.Prior exposure to B2B lead research or data validation processes preferred.Familiarity with email/phone verification tools preferred.Interested Apply Here - https://zrec.in/KygRs?source=CareerSite
