The organization focuses on delivering quality products, reliable service, and consistent innovation to meet diverse customer requirements.Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand awareness and sales growth for Imperia Innovations’ aluminum sections and profiles. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, managing promotional activities, and maintaining relationships with distributors and customers. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives, and preparing reports on campaign performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring close collaboration with production, sales, and management teams.Qualifications Strong skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, and basic digital marketing tools.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with clients and internal teams.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in Rajkot and collaborating across departments in a manufacturing environment.Prior experience in industrial, B2B, or building materials sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.Proficiency with office productivity software and familiarity with social media and basic design tools is a plus.
