WE ARE HIRING!!!MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Account to join our team.Role Description</strong> The Marketing Account Manager at MANIA Advertising / MANIACARD is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client marketing objectives, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Daily activities include coordinating internal teams, overseeing project timelines, preparing proposals and presentations, and monitoring campaign performance. The Marketing Account Manager will also identify new business opportunities, support lead generation efforts, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Regular reporting, participation in client meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation of projects and communications are key components of this role.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including relationship-building, client servicing, and maintaining long-term partnerships.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support closing new business.Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Candidates should ideally have experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a good understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.Candidates should have strong analytical and reporting abilities, proficiency with common office and presentation software, and attention to detail.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Tirana, collaborating within a team environment, and adapting to a fast-paced agency setting.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
