RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing & CommunicationSupport the day-to-day management of Maison Aimée’s Instagram accountContribute to content creation, including Stories, Reels, carousels and postsAssist with updates to the Shopify website, including content, products, visuals and general informationContribute to the development and management of Maison Aimée’s Pinterest presenceShowroom & Client SupportHelp maintain the showroom on a daily basis and ensure collections are presented to a high standardAssist with visual merchandising and product rotationWelcome clients and support the team during showroom appointmentsAssist with client enquiries and the follow-up of ongoing projectsCoordinate with suppliers, installers and other service providers, and attend on-site installations when requiredOperations & LogisticsAssist with coordinating the driver’s schedule, including deliveries, sample drop-offs and collections, andproject-related transportationSupport workshop coordination between the driver, craftsmen and the Maison Aimée teamAssist with the follow-up of deliveries and ordersRequest quotations from logistics partners and help coordinate the transportation of imported productsPROFILEYou are organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Fluency in both English and French is required.Salary: Depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.ABOUT MAISON AIMÉEMaison Aimée is a home décor showroom based in Dubai, with its own atelier.We are a small, close-knit team, so you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of thebusiness, learn quickly and take on real responsibilities.If you’re looking for a varied experience in the world of home décor, we’d love to hear from you.
