Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEWe’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead Dr.

Head’s marketing across digital, social, content, PR, brand communications and events.This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, manage multiple channels and also get involved in execution.What you’ll do● Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.● Oversee SEO, paid advertising and digital performance, working with agencies and specialists where needed.● Manage social media strategy, content planning and day-to-day execution.● Brief and coordinate copywriters, designers, photographers, agencies and other creative partners.● Ability to write and edit marketing content, including social copy, website content and campaign materials.● Manage PR and media relations, including press releases, media pitches and editorial opportunities.● Plan and lead in-store events, activations and brand experiences.● Ensure consistent Dr. Head branding and communication across all customer touchpoints.● Track marketing performance, manage budgets and use insights to improve results.What we’re looking for● 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand or a similar role.● Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, content and communications.● Hands-on understanding of SEO, paid media and marketing analytics.● Experience with PR, media relations and events.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.● A proactive, organized and commercially minded approach.● Someone who is equally comfortable building the strategy, briefing a designer and getting hands-on with execution.● Fluent in Russian, English. Arabic will be your sufficient advantage.
