Marketing & Communications Manager- Venture Capital (role based in UAE)A tier 1 UAE-based investment manager is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager professional to lead the function. This role will report directly to one of the Senior Partners. The firm manages significant AUM and invests across multiple asset classes, including venture capital.This role will suit someone with c. 5 years' of experience, currently at a regional agency with strong regional connections in the media & comms space. Understanding of the tech and investment sectors is beneficial. Brief role overviewStrategy & BrandDevelop and lead the marketing communications and PR strategy, ensuring a consistent brand narrative and advising leadership on communications and thought leadership opportunities.Media Relations & PRBuild strong media and agency relationships, manage press outreach, media inquiries, and crisis communications to enhance and protect the firm's reputation.Content & ChannelsOversee content strategy across digital, social, web, and traditional channels, delivering engaging, on-brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.Events & Stakeholder EngagementPlan and execute events, support internal communications, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure aligned messaging and increased brand visibility.Measurement & OperationsTrack communications performance, manage budgets, and monitor industry trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Qualifications & Requirements5 years' of experience marketing, communications or PR experience, strong media relationships, excellent content and project management skills, and the ability to operate strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
