We combine institutional investment experience, proprietary technology and active risk management to identify and manage investment opportunities across the real estate ecosystem.About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing & Content Writing Intern who is curious, creative and eager to learn. The role will provide hands-on exposure to content creation, social media, digital marketing, market research and brand communication within a real estate investment business.The intern will work closely with internal teams and gain exposure to real estate, investments and capital markets while contributing to live marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Brand CommunicationCreate content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, presentations and other communication channels.Research and develop content around real estate, investments, markets and industry trends.Support thought leadership content, market insights and company communications.Simplify complex financial and real estate concepts into clear and engaging content.Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.Social Media & Digital MarketingSupport planning and execution of the social media content calendar.Develop posts, captions and other digital content.Track basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.Support SEO, website content and other digital marketing initiatives.Assist with digital campaigns and marketing experiments.Marketing CollateralsSupport the creation and updating of presentations, brochures, pitch decks and other marketing materials.Assist in maintaining consistency in brand messaging and communication.Work with internal teams to gather relevant information and develop marketing content.Research & Market IntelligenceTrack relevant developments across real estate, investments and financial markets.Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends and content opportunities.Convert research and insights into meaningful content ideas.Events & ExecutionSupport events, campaigns, partnerships and other brand-building initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution.Manage multiple assignments and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.What We’re Looking ForPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, Finance or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.Good research ability and attention to detail.Interest in marketing, finance, investments, real estate or capital markets.Ability to understand information quickly and communicate it in a simple and engaging manner.Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Canva, PowerPoint or other content/design tools.Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.Knowledge of SEO is an advantage.Familiarity with AI tools for research, content ideation and creation is a plus.Prior internship/project experience in marketing, content, communications, finance or real estate will be an advantage.What You Will GainHands-on experience working on real business and marketing projects.Exposure to real estate investing, asset management and capital markets.Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals.Practical experience across content, social media, digital marketing and market research.Exposure to end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives.Opportunity to develop strong communication, research and execution skills in a high-ownership environment.Why Integrow?At Integrow, we believe internships should go beyond observation.
