Apply & track with Apply EdgeOVERVIEW:The Marketing & Digital Operations Manager supports the Vice President of Sales & Marketing by managing day-to-day marketing operations, digital platforms, websites, analytics, and department workflows across Ellicott Development’s commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and event properties.This position manages the Marketing Specialist and works collaboratively with that role to coordinate creative, website, social media, photography, and property-marketing needs. The manager provides direction, establishes priorities, supports professional development, and maintains clear responsibilities across the department.The role requires a strong communicator who can manage competing priorities, work effectively across departments and organizational levels, and remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Management and Team Coordination· Manage the Marketing Specialist, including project assignments, prioritization, coaching, professional development, and follow-through.· Coordinate marketing priorities and projects across company divisions, working with sales, operations, IT, property teams, leadership, and outside vendors.· Establish clear workflows, timelines, responsibilities, and approval processes for marketing requests and initiatives.· Maintain marketing calendars, project documentation, vendor information, subscriptions, and recurring deadlines.· Promote collaboration, accountability, and consistent communication within the marketing department and across the organization.Website and Digital Operations· Oversee company websites and coordinate content, property information, photography, forms, landing pages, and digital updates.· Work with the Marketing Specialist, IT, and outside vendors to address website administration, hosting, domains, plugins, security, maintenance, and technical issues.· Review websites for accuracy, functionality, navigation, user experience, brand consistency, and lead-generation opportunities.· Support search engine optimization, digital discoverability, and improvements to website content and structure.· Maintain organized records of websites, platforms, access, vendors, subscriptions, and renewal dates.Analytics, Lead Management, and Process Improvement· Monitor website traffic, engagement, form submissions, campaign activity, and other marketing performance indicators.· Help establish consistent conversion tracking and marketing measurement across company websites and campaigns.· Work with sales, leasing, hospitality, and event teams to improve the process for tracking inquiries through bookings, leases, sales, and event business.· Develop clear reports that help leadership evaluate leads, marketing activity, campaign results, and business value.· Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology, automation, and approved artificial intelligence tools.· Coordinate marketing-system needs with IT, internal departments, and outside vendors, and maintain documentation for platforms, access, subscriptions, and ownership.Creative, Vendor, and Asset Oversight· Provide direction and quality oversight for print and digital marketing materials.· Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist, photographers, designers, agencies, printers, installers, and other vendors.· Ensure materials are accurate, brand consistent, professionally produced, and completed within established timelines.· Maintain organized libraries of approved photographs, videos, logos, floor plans, templates, and creative assets.· Track vendor relationships, contracts, subscriptions, costs, renewals, and deliverables.PhotographyProfessional photography experience is highly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will understand photography standards for real estate, hospitality, events, food and beverage, and digital marketing. The manager may provide photography support when appropriate and will coordinate internal resources and outside photographers based on project needs.QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.· Experience in marketing management, marketing operations, digital marketing, website management, or a related role.· Previous experience managing, coaching, or developing employees.· Knowledge of website content management, analytics, SEO, digital advertising, and lead-generation platforms.· Strong project-management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.· Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with competing priorities.· Ability to provide clear direction, address challenges constructively, and hold projects and team members accountable.· Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, subscriptions, and cross-functional projects.· Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, automation, or AI-supported business tools beneficial.· Hospitality, real estate, commercial development, residential leasing, or multi-property marketing experience preferred.· Professional photography and photo-editing experience highly preferred, but not required.Salary Range $ 85,000 - $ 95,000 based on experience
