Marketing & Growth Manager - Arabic Speaking Required

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue.- Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality.- Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Marketplace) and analyse performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.- Lead the marketing team (Content, Ads, Design, PR) by prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality execution, and continuously developing team performance.- Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address reasons for deal failures.Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing; E-commerce experience is a plus.- Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns, analysing data, and optimizing conversion rates.- Strong leadership experience in team management and development.- Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales, with a performance mindset.- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
