Why Join UsBe the central hub connecting marketing, channel empowerment, and client service across our family office network.Gain hands-on experience running marketing initiatives for HNW clients in the insurance brokerage space.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute brand events — recruitment salons, product seminars, broker team-building, and client open days.Coordinate group-level campaigns and ensure smooth roll-out across regional family offices.Manage event materials, branded collateral, procurement, and distribution.Manage monthly marketing budgets — from application and spend tracking to compliance oversight.Maintain expense ledgers, drive reconciliation, and produce periodic budget analysis reports.Maintain and optimize core business tools; liaise with IT on system improvements.Provide end-to-end service for HNW clients — account onboarding, documentation, and application tracking.Coordinate premium client events and delegation trips when needed.What You Bring2–5 years in marketing operations, event management, or client service (insurance/wealth management preferred).Proven ability to run events end-to-end with strong attention to detail.Familiar with budget management, procurement, and reimbursement workflows.Good cross-functional communication skills across internal teams and external partners.Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese a plus).What We OfferCompetitive package; exposure to HNW family office business in a growing platform.Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with clear career development.
