The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, patient communication, and customer service, with a passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, and motivated by results. In addition to a base salary, the position includes an attractive performance-based commission, offering excellent earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the patient journey from initial inquiry to follow-up.Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.Coordinate appointments and ensure an outstanding patient experience.Manage and grow our social media platforms and digital presence.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.Create engaging marketing content and coordinate with designers or agencies when needed.Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.Build relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and corporate partners.Support community events and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.Collect patient feedback and help implement service improvements.QualificationsPrevious experience in marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, customer service, or healthcare marketing.Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising.Knowledge of content creation, social media strategy, and online engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.CompensationBase salary.Attractive performance-based commission with high earning potential.Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
