📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 💼 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year 📅 Working Days: 5 Days | Saturday & Sunday OFF 👥 Department: MarketingAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Social Media Fresher who loves social media, understands what’s trending, and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.If you’re someone who constantly thinks “We can do this differently!”, enjoys creating content, understands branding, and has an innovative mindset — we’d love to have you on the team! 🚀Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing social media marketing activities.Create and suggest engaging ideas for social media posts, campaigns, and content.Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.Support brand-building and awareness initiatives.Assist in developing creative campaigns and marketing concepts.Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing activities.Research competitors, industry trends, and audience preferences.Track basic social media performance and engagement.Bring new, creative, and out-of-the-box ideas to marketing initiatives.What We’re Looking ForFresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
