Purpose of the roleJanus Digital ™ is building its global marketing function from a small base, and this role is central to making it scale. It exists to turn marketing strategy into shipped work at pace: producing and localising the assets each market needs, running the day-to-day marketing operations underneath them, and building the automation that makes the whole engine repeatable rather than manual. The role is deliberately a hybrid. It is not a traditional marketing executive and it is not an engineering role. It is a marketer who is comfortable in tooling, automation and AI, who sits wholly within marketing and works closely with the AI Office, and who does the hands-on execution a fast-moving function needs done every week.Reporting and locationReports to: Head of Marketing & Growth.Works closely with: the AI software engineering team, the product and technology teams, the country commercial teams, and the People and talent acquisition team.Location: Dubai, UAE.
