Marketing & Growth Analyst, Open EnglishMexico City, On Site About the CompanyOpen English is an online English learning platform generating nine-figure revenue and serving millions of learners. Headquartered in South Florida, with teams across Latin America, it combines technology and live instruction to help people build English skills and expand their career opportunities. The OpportunityYou’ll join Open English to answer an immediate business question: where are our marketing dollars going, what are they generating, and where should we invest next?Your first priority will be marketing attribution and spend efficiency—connecting campaign activity to leads, customers, and revenue, identifying gaps in measurement, and helping the business make better budget decisions. You’ll work across social and SEO, evaluating both paid acquisition and organic growth. This is a hands-on analytical role. You’ll use Python to connect and clean data, automate analysis, and investigate performance. Working closely with marketing and leadership, you’ll turn your findings into specific actions: where to increase investment, where to reduce waste, and what to test next. You’ll be expected to start answering consequential questions with the data available while improving the measurement behind those decisions. This Could Be a Fit IfYou’re proficient in Python and use it hands-on to connect data, automate analysis, and inform business decisions. You know Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager and can evaluate channel and SEO performance from acquisition through revenue. You’ve solved marketing attribution problems, reconciled conflicting platform data, and used your findings to improve budget allocation and spend efficiency. You bring consulting experience focused on marketing or growth, or experience supporting a business with substantial media spend. You move quickly through ambiguity, take ownership beyond your defined scope, and follow recommendations through implementation and measurable results. You believe the best idea wins, challenge assumptions openly, and hold yourself and others accountable for measurable results. This Is Not a Fit IfYou need clean data or a complete attribution system before making progress. You’re comfortable presenting dashboards but struggle to recommend what the business should do next. You rely on others to write the code or perform the underlying analysis. You measure marketing success primarily through traffic, engagement, or platform-reported conversions without connecting them to business outcomes. You prefer a fixed scope and predictable pace to a demanding environment with changing priorities.
