About the CompanyMy client is seeking a curious and analytical Marketing Analytics Analyst to join their Strategy & Analytics team and play a key role in using data to drive marketing strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and business growth. This individual will analyze complex datasets, develop quantitative insights, build reporting and dashboards, evaluate marketing performance, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical analysis and business strategy.What You'll DoOwn the design, development, monitoring, and maintenance of KPI metrics, reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to support key business decisions and organizational objectivesAnalyze internal and external datasets to identify opportunities related to customer acquisition, retention, marketing performance, and business growthDevelop and evaluate hypotheses using data to identify trends, understand performance drivers, and help predict future outcomesConduct customer and market research to develop insights into customer needs, behaviors, and broader market trendsCombine quantitative and qualitative findings to support strategic decision-making across the organizationIdentify and investigate data quality issues related to marketing data and metricsPartner with data quality, engineering, and governance teams to implement solutions and escalate issues as appropriateSupport financial planning and budgeting by translating financial goals into measurable success metrics and targetsDevelop recommendations for new metrics, analytical techniques, and approaches to improve marketing effectiveness, acquisition, and retentionAnalyze competitor marketing activity and incorporate relevant consumer and market insights into analytical recommendationsCommunicate analytical findings, business insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersApply strong data storytelling skills to translate complex analysis into clear and actionable business recommendationsWork cross-functionally with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, Collections, Customer Experience, and Credit Risk teamsDevelop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, ROI, and overall business performanceManage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Statistical Analysis, or a related quantitative field2+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related disciplineStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong understanding of statistical analysis and marketing measurement methodologiesExperience with testing methodologies such as test vs. control, A/B testing, and multivariate analysisKnowledge of regression, cluster analysis, break-even analysis, forecasting, and other quantitative techniquesAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills, with strong Excel capabilities preferredExperience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools
