This role is responsible for turning complex customer, media, and sales data into clear insights that drive smarter marketing investment, improved customer experiences, and profitable omnichannel growth.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing Analytics & MeasurementOwn marketing measurement strategy across paid media, owned channels, retail, and e-commerceDevelop and maintain attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling to guide media investment decisionsAnalyze campaign performance across channels to optimize spend, creative, and audience strategyDefine and track core marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion, traffic, and channel efficiencyBuild executive-ready dashboards and reporting that clearly link marketing activity to revenue and profitCustomer Analytics & InsightsLead customer analytics strategy including segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modelingDevelop a deep understanding of customer behavior across POS, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, and digital touchpointsIdentify insights that inform customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and repeat purchase strategiesApply analytics to improve the customer journey for considered, high-value purchases typical of furniture retailServe as the voice of the customer by translating data into actionable recommendations for marketing, merchandising, and store experienceExperimentation & OptimizationEstablish a rigorous test-and-learn framework including A/B testing, holdout testing, and personalization experimentsMeasure and optimize lifecycle marketing programs (email, SMS, CRM, loyalty)Evaluate new channels, tactics, and technologies through structured experimentation and performance analysisData Strategy, Tools & GovernancePartner with IT and Data teams to ensure clean, reliable, and integrated data across marketing, POS, and e-commerce systemsOwn analytics tools, including BI platforms, attribution tools, and CRM/CDP analytics capabilitiesImprove data accessibility and self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance and data quality standardsLeadership & CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing and customer analystsCollaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, Retail, and Merchandising teamsPresent insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersRequirements: 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics, or data leadership rolesStrong background in omnichannel retail analytics, preferably in furniture, home goods, or other considered-purchase categoriesDeep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, experimentation, and customer analyticsHands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik), CRM/CDP systems, and POS/e-commerce dataStrong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable influencing senior leadersThis role is required to be on site 4 days per week in our Boston Heights, OH office.
