Working closely with our admissions, academic, and design teams, you'll own the full marketing cycle: strategy, content, execution, and evaluation. Your individual contributions will be visible, measurable, and celebrated, and your ideas will make the whole team stronger.What you'll doIdentify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes for each campaign, aligning your plans with wider team and institutional goalsResearch and develop marketing strategy, taking personal ownership of campaign KPIs while sharing insights that lift team performanceCreate compelling campaign content across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with designers and colleagues to bring ideas to lifeStay ahead of marketing trends in higher education and the regional market, and bring what you learn back to the teamManage and allocate your campaign budgets effectively, with accountability for the results you deliverWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field2–3 years of relevant experience (higher education sector)Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creative skillsA team player who thrives on collaboration but takes personal pride in hitting their own targets
