This integrated approach offers clients a single trusted partner for sustainable and well-maintained outdoor environments.Role Description The Marketing and Communication Specialist for Rawa Establishment is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The specialist will develop and implement marketing and communication plans that promote Rawa’s landscape services to key sectors, including developers, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial workspaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating content for digital and print channels, managing social media and online presence, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials. The role also involves collaborating with operations and design teams to translate project work into compelling case studies, proposals, and presentations, as well as supporting client communication and participation in industry events.QualificationsExperience in marketing, communications, or public relations, ideally within construction, real estate, design, or related industries.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Ability to create and manage content across social media, websites, and marketing collateral.Proficiency in basic design and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva or similar software); familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with field, design, and management teams on-site.
