The role is responsible for strengthening brand visibility, supporting pipeline generation, enabling strategic sales opportunities and driving measurable business impact through events, digital campaigns and deal-based marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Business AlignmentDefine and manage the Middle East Cluster marketing plan in alignment with regional business priorities, sales objectives and global campaign directions.Translate business priorities into integrated marketing programmes that support awareness, demand generation, customer engagement and pipeline growth.Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Middle East leadership, country stakeholders and sales teams.Prioritise marketing activities based on business impact, account potential, strategic deals and available budget.Provide regular visibility on marketing plans, progress, risks, results and recommendations.Event Management & Executive EngagementPlan and oversee regional customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, workshops, partner events and industry conferences.Define event objectives, target audiences, messaging, content, speakers, logistics, promotion and post-event follow-up plans.Manage agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and brand consistency.Partner with sales teams to maximise customer participation, executive engagement and business outcomes.Measure event performance, attendee engagement, pipeline contribution and ROI.Digital CampaignsDevelop and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with priority offerings, sectors and accounts in the Middle East.Coordinate activation across LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, landing pages, content syndication, paid media and partner channels.Shape audience-specific messaging and campaign journeys to improve engagement and conversion.Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on analytics, sales feedback and lead progression.Ensure campaign calendars, reporting, assets and stakeholder communications are well managed.Deal-Based Marketing (DBM)Partner with sales and business leaders to support selected strategic opportunities and high-value pursuits.Design tailored marketing plans to influence key stakeholders, strengthen account engagement and support opportunity progression.Coordinate customised assets such as executive communications, customer references, thought leadership, videos, microsites and targeted digital activations.Align DBM activities with deal milestones, stakeholder maps and account engagement plans.Track DBM effectiveness and contribution to deal progression and win themes.Content, Communications & Thought LeadershipLocalise and activate global campaigns, thought leadership and customer success stories for Middle East audiences.Develop regional content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, executive communications, customer references and internal updates.Support executive profiling and leadership visibility initiatives across relevant channels.Ensure all communications follow corporate brand, tone of voice and messaging guidelines.Budget, Reporting & GovernanceManage marketing budgets, activity tracking, purchase requests, vendor coordination and spend follow-up.Establish KPIs for campaigns, events and DBM activities, and report performance to stakeholders.Maintain accurate documentation of plans, results, learnings and recommendations.Drive continuous improvement across marketing execution, measurement and stakeholder collaboration.Skills & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, field marketing or regional campaign management.Proven experience planning and delivering events, digital campaigns and demand-generation activities.Strong ability to work with sales teams and translate business priorities into marketing programmes.Excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, agencies and deadlines in a matrix organisation.Strong content judgement and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.PreferredExperience with Events managementExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Deal-Based Marketing (DBM).Knowledge of Middle East markets, regional business culture and key industry events.Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, marketing automation tools, CRM platforms and webinar/event
