One morning you may be coordinating our website updates and social media calendar, and by evening you’ll be capturing behind-the-scenes content at one of Dubai’s most spectacular events.If you’re equally comfortable organising projects and filming great content, we’d love to hear from you.⸻What You’ll Be DoingMarketing Operations* Coordinate with our external marketing partners, SEO agency and website developers* Assist with content calendars across multiple brands* Schedule and publish social media content* Organise and maintain our Dropbox content library* Create simple Canva graphics, invitations and marketing materials* Update website content when required* Assist with award submissions* Prepare monthly marketing reports* Help maintain our CRM and marketing databases* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content deadlines are met⸻Content Creation* Capture behind-the-scenes content during events* Film vertical content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts* Photograph office culture, meetings and creative processes* Capture founder content featuring Gauri and Kunal* Organise and upload all raw footage for our external editing team* Assist with basic editing when required* Identify exciting content opportunities throughout the business⸻What We’re Looking For* 2+ years’ experience in marketing, content creation or social media* Excellent organisational skills* Strong eye for composition and storytelling* Comfortable filming with an iPhone and/or camera* Experience using Canva* Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube* Excellent written and spoken English* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Positive attitude and willingness to learn⸻Bonus Points* Experience in the events, hospitality, weddings or luxury industries* Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro* Photography experience* Copywriting experience* Experience with Meta Business Suite* Experience with Monday.com or CRM platforms⸻What Success Looks LikeWithin your first six months you will:* Help build a consistent content engine across all our brands* Ensure marketing projects stay organised and on schedule* Capture outstanding behind-the-scenes content from every event* Become the bridge between our internal team and external marketing partners* Help grow the online presence of all our brands through organised execution and creative content⸻Why Join The Big Night?At The Big Night, we’re not just planning events—we’re creating stories people remember.You’ll work alongside an award-winning creative team, contribute to some of Dubai’s most exciting events and help shape the future of multiple growing brands.If you’re looking for a role where creativity meets organisation and every week is different, we’d love to meet you.
