Law Firm Marketing & Operations ManagerWe are seeking a proactive Marketing & Operations Manager to help drive new business while overseeing the day-to-day business operations of a boutique family law firm. This role combines marketing, lead generation, intake, billing, and firm administration and is ideal for someone who is organized, business-minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.About the RoleThis role combines marketing, lead generation, intake, billing, and firm administration and is ideal for someone who is organized, business-minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business and lead generation through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and other growth initiatives.Manage the firm's social media presence and coordinate content and marketing campaigns.Track Google Ads, website traffic, leads, conversions, and marketing performance.Manage intake and lead follow-up, including consultations, retainers, payments, and conversion tracking.Oversee billing and invoicing, pre-bills, outstanding balances, and trust replenishment.Manage vendors and expenses, including software, IT, insurance, and marketing providers.Track referrals, referral agreements, case status, and referral fees.Coordinate HR and payroll administration, employee documentation, reviews, and training.Oversee the firm calendar, office administration, and internal processes.Provide regular reporting to the Managing Attorney on marketing, leads, billing, and firm operations.QualificationsExperience in law firm operations, marketing, business development, or administration preferred.Required SkillsExperience with digital marketing, social media, Google Ads/Analytics, and lead tracking.Familiarity with legal billing, intake, A/R, and law firm systems.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple areas of the business.Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented, results-driven mindset.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive PayGenerous PTO & Sick Time401k with employer contributionUncapped potential for growthHealth Benefits & more
