Marketing And Public Relations Coordinator

We’re hiring a PR & Marketing Coordinator to join Andrea Wazen in Dubai.We’re looking for someone with previous experience in luxury fashion who understands the day-to-day workings of PR, communications and brand marketing.The role will report directly to the Founder & Creative Director and will support the execution of the brand’s communication and marketing activities.Key responsibilities:Supporting PR and marketing activities across the brandPitching collections, products and brand stories to fashion editors and publicationsManaging relationships and communication with editors, stylists and media contactsCoordinating press sample loans, send-outs, returns and trackingManaging gifting and product seedingPreparing and sharing press materials, imagery and product informationCoordinating with external PR agencies and partnersSupporting launches, events, collaborations and brand activationsMonitoring press coverage and maintaining PR reportsAssisting with broader marketing and communication projects as needed

Requirements

2–4 years of experience within luxury fashionPrevious experience in PR, communications or marketingUnderstanding of the luxury fashion press processExperience handling press samples and product loansStrong organisation and communication skillsGood understanding of luxury brand positioningProactive, detail-oriented and hands-onBased in Dubai / UAEThis is a full-time, Dubai-based role reporting directly to the Founder & Creative Director.To apply, please send your CV and a short introduction to:info@andreawazen.com
