About Us:We are a leading real estate development company, recognized for delivering exceptional projects globally and setting new benchmarks in the industry.We are seeking a creative and technically skilled International Marketing Architect to join our Group Marketing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between interior architecture and visual marketing, producing high-quality immersive content that showcases residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong blend of design sensibility, technical expertise, and marketing awareness.Key Duties and Responsibilities:360° Content Creation: Produce and edit interactive 360° virtual tours for residential and commercial projects.Interior Rendering: Generate high-quality interior renders that reflect design intent and brand standards.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with project design and brand guidelines.Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate visualization, VR/AR, and interactive media.Design Translation: Convert interior architecture and design intent (space planning, materials, finishes, lighting) into accurate and compelling visual content.Concept Development: Create mood boards and concept presentations to communicate design ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.Accuracy Assurance: Ensure renders and virtual tours accurately reflect spatial proportions, furniture layouts, and material palettes as specified by design teams.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in architecture or fine arts.Minimum 3 years in Interior Design and Visualization (preferably in real estate or architecture).AUTODESK tools: Revit, 3DS Max, AutoCADRendering engines: Corona, V-RayReal-time engines: Unreal EngineAI Tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Experience with 360° platforms such as Matterport, Kuula, or similar.Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail.Solid understanding of space planning, furniture layout, materials, finishes, and lighting design.Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and architectural visualization workflows.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission-based incentives.A dynamic and professional work environment.Career growth opportunities in a leading real estate firm.If you have the required experience and skills, and you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!How to Apply:Send your resume to Talent@reportageuae.com " International Marketing Architect – Real Estate."
