Marketing Assistant

A leading fragrance distribution company is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support both our B2B and B2C channels.We are looking for the beating heart of our marketing department for a cross-functional, dynamic, and fascinating role that offers full exposure to all areas of marketing (Creative, Digital, Production, and Operations).What Will You Do?Manage and coordinate marketing projects from end to end across both B2B and B2C channelsWork on an ongoing basis with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholdersSupport the production and execution of conferences, events, and marketing activitiesManage and coordinate marketing and digital collateral/materialsSupport marketing campaigns and content creation activitiesTrack tasks, timelines, and workflow processesRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role or as an Account Executive in an advertising agencyAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyMarketing mindset combined with strong organizational and operational skillsProactive, responsible, and capable of driving processes independentlyExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse interfacesHigh-energy individuals with exceptional people skills and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impactRelevant academic degree/studies – an advantage
