Marketing Assistant

Job Description:We are Tomas & Ray, a leading perfume distribution company, renowned for representing multiple prestigious fragrance brands. As we continue to strengthen our presence in the beauty and fragrance industry, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team.This role is essential for supporting brand marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the execution of activities that strengthen brand visibility and presence across various channels. Key Responsibilities:Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations across different channels.Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market and competitor research to monitor trends within the fragrance and beauty industry.Coordination of Marketing Activities: Assist in organizing product launches, events, and promotional initiatives.Content and Materials Preparation: Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.Digital and Social Media Support: Assist with social media coordination and support digital marketing initiatives.Online Shop Management: Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Website Maintenance: Perform basic updates, content adjustments, and minor improvements to the online shop.
