Team members join a growing organization with international exposure and a focus on meaningful, customer-centered outreach.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of lead generation and campaign management activities for UK and US markets. Daily tasks include assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with sales and customer service teams, and maintaining accurate records of leads and campaign performance. The role involves monitoring campaign metrics, updating internal systems, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure campaigns are timely, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze target audiences, trends, and campaign performance.Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion-focused initiatives.Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing, social media) is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.Prior experience in marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
